What's your political score?
This is an old test that purports to measure whether you are liberal or conservative, on a scale of 0 to 40 (Jesse Jackson to Ronald Reagan).

I scored a 17, almost exactly between Bill Clinton and Colin Powell. Sounds about right.

I scored 11. Nestled in-between the Clintons.
10 for the mamsie.
15, same as Bill....
One thing these surveys point out is that our political vocabulary is outdated. Liberal and Conservative used to refer to political philosophy alone but now is tangled up with religious and other "metaphysical" views.
My personal label for my "political philosophy" is "Gergen Democrat." I much admire David Gergen -- not sexy but solid. I'd sum up the label as trying to be moderate, reasonable, and civil. What are the chances of that prevailing?

It was Nic who scored 11. Not sure why it came up as anon.
What's interesting is that Ronald Reagan is the example of a "40" conservative. Today, I think Reagan looks almost moderate compared to some of the neocons and rabid Christian right.
I AM HILLARY CLINTON, BE-OTCHES!
A solid 10 for the Moose....
