Last week, Q, our family dog for 15 years, died quietly in the night. He was a wonderful little border collie, who loved nothing more than to spend time with my Dad -- except, possibly, eating string cheese. We love you Q, and we miss you.
What a wonderful gift he was, to find him on our doorstep as we did, a little little puppy. He thought he was a sibling, and really, so did we all. He had the best life a dog could have, so our sadness is for the hole he leaves in our lives, but not for him. He went so peacefully.
I will look for pictures of when he was a pup. Thank you for writing this entry son. ~m
